Project Manager
Paul has over 16 years of experience as a Senior Archaeologist and Heritage Advisor in Australian, Cambodian, Laos, and American cultural resource management. He has expertise working with traditional owners, First Nations peoples, historic preservation communities, and clients to mitigate or preserve cultural resources. He has a strong background in all field components of archaeological investigation, with solid experience in artifact analysis and technical report production. Paul has managed heritage requirements for many infrastructure projects including roads, utility services, subdivisions, mining operations, solar farms, and wind farms. All projects involved the management of Aboriginal, Khmer, Laos Cultural Heritage team, Native American, and government stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of cultural heritage reports, research, and statutory authorizations to meet project requirements as well as ensuring optimal outcomes for cultural heritage.
